Didi’s Skin and Massage LLC provides professional skincare, facial, massage, body care, waxing, tinting, and wellness-related services through DiDi’s Skincare & Massage Studio, located at 555 South Colorado Avenue, Unit H, Stuart, Florida 34994.
1. SERVICES
Didi’s Skin and Massage LLC offers a variety of skincare and massage services, including but not limited to customized facials, Geneo 3-in-1 Super Facial, Procell Microchanneling Therapy, dermaplaning, cool peel treatments, back facials, clear skin facials, waxing, tinting, signature massage, sports massage, advanced neuromuscular massage, prenatal massage, and service enhancements.
All services are provided based on professional assessment, client goals, skin type, wellness needs, and any relevant health considerations shared by the client before or during the appointment.
Service descriptions, pricing, treatment availability, session lengths, and package options may change at any time without prior notice. The most current service information will be provided through our website, booking platform, or direct communication with our studio.
2. APPOINTMENTS AND BOOKINGS
Appointments may be requested through our website, booking links, phone, WhatsApp, or direct communication with Didi’s Skin and Massage LLC.
Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. We reserve the right to reschedule, decline, or modify appointments when necessary due to scheduling conflicts, provider availability, safety concerns, service suitability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information when booking an appointment. If we are unable to reach you due to incorrect or incomplete contact information, we are not responsible for missed confirmations, changes, or appointment-related updates.
3. Client Responsibility & Health Disclosure
Your safety and comfort are important to us. Before receiving any skincare, facial, peel, microchanneling, massage, waxing, tinting, or body treatment, you agree to disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, recent procedures, injuries, pregnancy status, skin conditions, medical treatments, or contraindications that may affect your service.
This may include, but is not limited to:
Recent cosmetic procedures
Use of prescription skincare products or exfoliants
Retinoids, Accutane, or photosensitizing medications
Allergies or ingredient sensitivities
Active skin irritation, sunburn, infection, or open lesions
Recent surgery or injury
Chronic pain, nerve issues, or mobility concerns
Pregnancy or postpartum status
Cancer treatment or oncology-related considerations
Medical conditions that may affect massage, skin treatments, or healing
Didi’s Skin and Massage LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service if it may not be appropriate for your skin, body, health, or safety at the time of your appointment.
4. PRENATAL MASSAGE
Prenatal massage is available only for clients who have passed the first trimester of pregnancy, meaning at least 12 weeks, and who have been approved by their doctor to receive massage. By booking a prenatal massage, you confirm that you meet these requirements and have received appropriate medical approval.
5. Results & Expectations
Our treatments are designed to support skin health, relaxation, comfort, recovery, and overall wellness. However, individual results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, age, home care, health history, consistency, environmental factors, and the specific service received. No specific result, outcome, improvement, or timeline is guaranteed. Some treatments may require a series of sessions, home care support, or ongoing maintenance for best results. Before beginning any advanced skincare service, including peels, dermaplaning, microchanneling, or device-based treatments, your provider may discuss expected results, aftercare, possible sensitivity, downtime, and recommended follow-up care.
6. No Medical Advice
Didi’s Skin and Massage LLC provides spa, skincare, massage, and wellness services. Our services, website content, blog content, recommendations, and communications are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Information provided on our website or during your appointment is for general wellness and educational purposes only. It should not replace advice from a licensed physician, dermatologist, physical therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider.
If you have a medical condition, injury, skin disorder, are pregnant, are receiving medical treatment, or are unsure whether a service is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
7. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse, stop, or modify service at any time if:
A service appears unsafe or unsuitable
Required health information has not been disclosed
The client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
The client behaves inappropriately, aggressively, or disrespectfully
The client requests services outside our professional scope
The client has a contraindication for the requested service
The client fails to follow safety, sanitation, or studio policies
Inappropriate behavior, harassment, sexual comments, or requests for services outside the professional scope of massage therapy or esthetics will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the appointment.
8. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments
Because appointments are reserved specifically for each client, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation, late arrival, and missed appointment policies may be communicated at the time of booking or through our booking system. Didi’s Skin and Massage LLC reserves the right to apply cancellation fees, retain deposits, require prepayment, or restrict future booking for repeated missed appointments or late cancellations.
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Full service pricing may still apply.
9. Payments, Pricing & Packages
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods may vary and will be confirmed by the studio.
Prices listed online or communicated by Didi’s Skin and Massage LLC are subject to change. Package pricing, promotional offers, and service discounts may be updated, discontinued, or modified at any time. Packages are intended for the individual client who purchased them and may not be transferable unless approved by Didi’s Skin and Massage LLC. Package expiration terms, refund rules, and scheduling requirements may be provided at the time of purchase.
10. Gift Certificates & Promotions
Gift certificates, promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal specials may be subject to specific terms, expiration dates, service limitations, or availability.
Gift certificates have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates may not be replaced unless proof of purchase can be verified. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless expressly stated.
11. Product Recommendations & Home Care
Your provider may recommend skincare products, aftercare steps, or at-home regimens to support your treatment results. Product recommendations are based on the information available at the time of your appointment and your stated goals or concerns.
Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions and notifying Didi’s Skin and Massage LLC of any irritation, adverse reaction, or concern after treatment. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results or increase the risk of sensitivity, irritation, or complications.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, copy content without permission, or engage in any activity that could harm Didi’s Skin and Massage LLC or other users.
